Nirbhaya Case has not only been one of the most brutal case in the history of India but have also emotionally attached to people around the world. We all know that Nirbhaya is not the name of the victim whose instestine was thrashed during the rape but is the name which represent women around the world, for their bravery, and attitude to fight for themselves in the orthodox patriarchal society. It is the case where character of the Nirbhaya is attached with the women around the world. This is not a new fact that women can roam around, and do whatever they want, howsoever they want, and whenever they want. This is the case where questioning of Nirbhaya character is questioning entire women of the world. It is not mere a moral duty but a legal obligation to abide by the Advocates Act, 1961 and Part IV of Bar Council of India Rules (Rules on Legal Education). The act of AP Singh, Adovocate of convicts of Nirbhaya Case, about publically questioning of Nirbhaya's character shall be condemded by legal fraternity and he shall be restricted from practicing in any court under Bar Council of India Rules.
