UNSC passed Resolution to take Strong Action Against Pakistan based Terrorist Organization. China Supports Amaresh Patel LAW CRITIQUE Fri, Feb 22, 2019, at ,12:49 PM China, for the first time in decade, signed United Nation Security Council (UNSC) for taking strong action against Pakistan based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad and to cooperate actively with the Government of India and all other relevant authorities in this regard. The resolution was introduced by France which included four other security member, US, Russia, China and UK. The resolution made clear stand of UNSC against terrorist organization of Pakistan and urged to take strong action on the matter. Political scientists from all over the world support the initiative and told to ILW that step could avoid the war between India and Pakistan and force Pakistan to allow Indian Army with UNSC to penetrate and arrest Hafiz Saeed within its territory. This step of China against terrorist organization is important because UNSC has proposed four similar resolution for the same cause in last decade but the same has been set aside by China at Pakistan behest. This is the first time China has supported such cause.
