Devanshu Gupta is an Advocate and Consultant specializing in Cyberlaw, cybercrimes, policy, and litigation. He is presently engaged as a Legal Consultant in the Cyberlaw Division at the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), where he handles litigation and policy matters relating to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, blocking of content under Section 69A, and intermediary regulations etc

Adv. Aarlin Moncy
Aarlin is an Associate Advocate at Mason & Associates, New Delhi, specialising in technology law and related disputes. His practice spans information technology and intellectual property litigation, intermediary liability, data protection, and emerging issues in gaming regulation. He regularly represents leading technology companies before judicial and quasi-judicial forums, particularly in Delhi, and has advised clients on matters involving defamation, IP enforcement, regulatory compliance, and constitutional challenges.

Adv. Dhirendra Yadav
Dhirendra Yadav is a law graduate from the University of Delhi and holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Adv. Vibhantika Dwivedi
Vibhantika Dwivedi, is a Senior Research Fellow, pursuing Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi researching on a very contemporary and significant topic ‘Artificial Intelligence’. She has completed her L.L.B. and LL.M. from University of Lucknow and bagged more than 15 Gold Medals. She qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professorship and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). She has an excellent record in both academic and extra-curricular activities. She has participation in various National and International moot courts, debates, seminars, workshops and conferences organized at Delhi University, RMLNLU Lucknow, NLIU Bhopal and RGNUL, Patiala, etc. She has won Spirit of Surana award at NLIU Bhopal and a National Level appreciation in Film making on Legal and Societal issues. She served as the President of the Meritorious Student Council at University of Lucknow. She has also published various research papers in UGC care and peer reviewed referred journals on multidisciplinary topics. Adv. Shambhu Nath Mishra
Mr. Shambhu Nath Mishra is Teaching Faculty (PG Diploma Course) at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and Advocate at the Oudh Bar Association, High Court, Lucknow Bench. He pursued Ph.D. on Artificial Intelligence and Challenges to Intellectual Property Rights: A Comparative Study and holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Laws from NLU Jodhpur. With experience in teaching Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights at the postgraduate level, he combines academic rigor with practical legal expertise. Mr. Mishra has authored a book titled Patent Law & Jugaad Technology and published multiple research papers on Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Criminal Law in reputed journals and edited volumes. He has presented papers at several national and international seminars and conferences, including those organized by RMLNLU, Delhi University, and RGNUL Punjab.
