Litigation & Research Support

• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare and organize essential legal documents, including pleadings, maintaining organized case files, and managing status trackers.

• Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant statutes, judgments, and emerging legal issues impacting the company.

Contract & Compliance Focus

• Contract Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various organizational functions to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
