About the role: KSK is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate to join their Corporate & M&A practice. You'll work on domestic and cross-border transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate advisory matters under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, SHA & BTA

  • Support due diligence, corporate structuring and transaction documentation for M&A and investments

  • Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters

  • Coordinate with clients, external advisors and internal teams

  • Maintain organized documentation and contribute to knowledge management initiatives
