The DPIIT-IPR Chair_CSRIPR Internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insight into the rapidly evolving field of intellectual property law. The internship, which emphasizes both academic rigor and real-world application, is intended to develop the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking required for a successful career in IPR. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful legal research, meet with leading experts, and gain a better understanding of the socio-legal aspects of the intellectual property realm.

Eligibility

To apply, law students must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a prestigious institution in India or abroad.
There are 10 science students with non-law backgrounds. B. Tech, MTech, BSc, MSc, MBBS, MS, MD, and other students pursuing studies in science and allied fields are also eligible to apply for the internship to gain insights and integrate IPR with the advancement of their respective fields.
Applicants should have a strong interest in intellectual property law and a desire to learn about its socio-legal implications on society, technology, and the economy.
There will be two cohorts of people for this internship: national and international (10 slots in the batch will be reserved for each of the two categories—international and non-law students), and they will be separate but will meet for exchanges on relevant co-sharing domains of knowledge.
