Eligibility

• Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates

• Strong legal research and drafting skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

• Prior exposure to corporate law / compliance preferred (but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and proofread legal documents and contracts

• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements

• Assist in compliance checks and help implement internal policies

• Coordinate with internal departments on contract and documentation needs

• Maintain legal records, trackers and documentation systems

• Support the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc projects.

Mode

• Onsite (Gurugram) and Remote (Hybrid)

Stipend

• ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
