About the Legal Internship Opportunity at JSW Motors Limited, Mumbai

JSW Motors Limited is seeking a legal intern to join the legal team in Mumbai. If you are an LL.B. (3rd or 4th year) student interested in acquiring practical corporate legal experience, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and examining commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies

• Conducting legal research on corporate, labor, environmental, and automotive regulations

• Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings, and internal audits

• Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects

• Preparing case briefs, legal summaries, and maintaining documentation/records

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing LL.B. (Final Year) or LL.M. from a recognized institution

• Language – English & Marathi

• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and compliance

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Previous internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm (preferred)
