About the Organisation

Malkan & Malkan Advocates was established in 1980 by Mr. Jitendra Malkan. The firm is nationally acclaimed, with offices in Ahmedabad, Bombay, Delhi, and Vadodara. It provides litigation, consulting, and advisory services in areas such as Constitutional law, Criminal law, Commercial law, Corporate law, Consumer law, IP law, and Tax practice.

Nature of Internship

On-site only, no remote work. Tasks include:

• Conducting legal research and preparing Briefs/Case notes

• Drafting Writ Petitions, Suits, and Counters for the High Court of Gujarat and Tribunals in Ahmedabad;

• Filing and related incidental tasks under supervision.
