About UnLawC.
Join UnLawC, a Mumbai-based legal technology startup that is transforming contract drafting and case management for Indian lawyers. Get hands-on experience creating content, conducting AI-law research, and reviewing platform contracts in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideal for second- and third-year LLB students interested in AI's role in law.
Eligibility
Current LLB student (preferably in the second or third year) at a top Indian law school.
Strong research skills (experience with Manupatra and SCC Online is a plus).
Content creation includes basic video editing (CapCut/InShot), as well as social media writing.
Analytical mindset for AI-legal topics; basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
Bonus: Interest in legal technology and previous moots/research papers.
No prior experience is required.
Key responsibilities:
Generate educational content: Write blogs, LinkedIn posts, and Instagram Reels (15-60 seconds) that explain AI tools for lawyers, law firms, individuals, and startups, demonstrating UnLawC features such as automated contract analysis.
Prepare reports. Investigate "AI for legal workflows" (e.g., predictive case outcomes, compliance checks); create 5-10 page reports with actionable insights into platform integration.
Competitive analysis: Explain why UnLawC outperforms ChatGPT and other AI legal tech platforms.
Contract review: Analyze procedures, suggest optimized agreements tailored to AI legal platforms, identify risks, and propose improvements.
Stipend
₹5000 per month.
Duration
2-3 months, flexible 20 hours per week (remote/hybrid/Mumbai).
