Roles and Responsibilities
Conducting legal research, drafting, and documentation.
Assisting with income-tax proceedings and appellate matters.
Working on commercial agreements, memoranda of understanding, and investment documents.
Handling matters related to corporate law, FEMA, FDI, RBI regulations, and FCRA.
Supporting due diligence and corporate transactions.
