Into Legal World offers certificate courses of 1–3 months duration, as well as a 1-year Advanced Legal Drafting course. By default, all course fees are non-refundable. We are confident in the quality of our training, but refunds are granted only in limited cases under strict conditions. The following policy explains the requirements and process for requesting a refund.

Enrollment Fee

A non-refundable booking/enrollment fee of ₹200 is required to confirm your seat. This fee covers administrative costs and is not returned under any circumstances. (All other fees and charges, if any, may be refundable subject to the conditions below.)

Course Delivery and Materials

All our courses are delivered online via live instructor-led sessions, supplemented by recorded lecture content. No physical textbooks or study materials are provided or required for these courses, so there is nothing to return in case of a refund.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the student must fully participate in the course for at least the first 30 days. If, after 30 days, the course is not meeting the student’s expectations, a refund may be requested. The refund request must be submitted between the 30th and 45th day from the official course start date. No refund requests will be accepted before day 31 or after day 45. (Days are counted from the date the course officially begins, not from the enrollment or payment date.)

Participation Requirements

Refunds are only granted to students who have fully engaged with the course. In particular, you must have:

• Full live attendance: Attended all live online sessions during the first 30 days, for their full duration. (Joining late, leaving early, or only watching recordings does not count as attendance.)

• Assignment completion: Submitted every assignment, exercise, or practice test issued in the first 30 days, by the specified deadlines.

Meeting these requirements shows that the student has given the course a fair chance. If any live session is missed or any first-30-day assignment is not submitted, the refund request will be denied.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the above criteria and wish to request a refund, you must notify us in writing during the allowed window. Send an email to our support team (admin@intolegalworld.com) between day 30 and
day 45 of the course, stating your name, course, and reason for requesting a refund. We will acknowledge your request, verify that all conditions are met, and notify you of the decision.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the paid course fee (minus the non-refundable booking fee) will be returned to the original payment source. We will process refunds as soon as possible; typically within 14 days of approval, though it may take up to 35 days in rare cases. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
