TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement executed by way of a click-wrap contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Learner” or “You”) and Into Legal World, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ILW”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

The website www.intolegalworld.com including online communities & WhatsApp Groups, discussion forums, closed groups, social media platforms and any other digital or physical interfaces operated or managed by Into Legal World (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) and all information, services, courses, programs, materials and features made available thereon are governed by these Terms.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform or availing any service offered by ILW, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Policies”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and services.

A. DEFINITIONS

Each course, webinar, workshop, bootcamp or program may also be subject to additional or specific terms, including payment, refund and certification conditions, which shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

  1. Academic Programme means any online or offline course, certification programme, workshop, bootcamp, training module or learning offering hosted, promoted or facilitated through the Platform.

  2. Student / Learner means any individual who enrols in or accesses an Academic Programme offered through ILW.

  3. Content includes but is not limited to videos, lectures, texts, notes, presentations, assessments, assignments, templates, checklists, flowcharts, recordings, graphics and any other instructional or informational material.

 

B. ACADEMIC PROGRAMME CONTENT, DELIVERY & ACCESS

  1. Academic Programmes may consist of textual content, recorded or live video sessions, assessments, assignments, examinations, mentorship sessions or any other components as determined by ILW.

  2. Course content shall be delivered through a secure digital platform probably Google Meet. Unless otherwise stated, access shall be provided for a limited duration as specified on the respective course page.

  3. Certain courses may offer extended or long-term access. Where “lifetime access” is mentioned, such access shall be construed as access for a minimum of Five (5) years, subject to platform availability and policy changes.

  4. Continued access beyond the stipulated period may require payment of renewal or maintenance fees, as notified from time to time.

  5. ILW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if applicable fees or other dues remain unpaid.

  6. Course content is generally not downloadable, unless expressly permitted. Select resources such as checklists or templates may be made downloadable.

  7. Any attempt to bypass technological safeguards, digital rights management systems, or security features shall constitute a serious breach and may invite civil and criminal liability.

  8. Access credentials are strictly personal. Sharing of login details or allowing third-party access is prohibited and shall result in immediate termination without refund.

  9. Learners may be required to authenticate access via OTP, email verification or third-party platforms such as LinkedIn or other methods deemed necessary for secure delivery.

 

C. USE RESTRICTIONS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All Content is licensed, not sold, and remains the intellectual property of ILW.

  2. The Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  3. Any reproduction, redistribution, public dissemination, resale or commercial exploitation of Content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

  4. Any infringement shall be treated as a violation of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

 

D. EXAMINATIONS, ASSESSMENTS & ACADEMIC STANDARDS

  1. Examinations and assessments shall be conducted as per the rules prescribed for the respective programme.

  2. ILW reserve the right to modify academic procedures, assessment methods and standards at any time to maintain integrity and quality.

 

E. ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

  1. Learners must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each programme.

  2. Enrolment despite ineligibility shall be at the learner’s own risk, and refunds (if any) shall be governed by the applicable refund policy.

  3. Disputes relating to eligibility or academic decisions may be required to be addressed directly with the concerned institution.

 

F. PAYMENT POLICY

  1. All courses offered by ILW require full payment to be made in one-time only. Instalment payments, EMIs or deferred payment options are not available under any circumstances.

  2. Payment for each course shall be made only through the specific payment link provided on the respective course page or officially shared by ILW or its Members.

  3. Payments made through any mode, link or channel other than the authorised payment link shall not be recognised or processed by ILW.

  4. Upon successful completion of payment, a payment confirmation email shall be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of payment.

  5. After confirmation of payment, the participant shall be added to the official WhatsApp group of the respective course for communication, updates and coordination. Access to the course and related communications shall be granted only after successful verification of payment.

  6. The participant is solely responsible for ensuring that correct and accurate contact details, including email address and mobile number, are provided at the time of payment.

  7. Once payment is successfully completed, the seat for the course shall be deemed confirmed and the participant agrees to be bound by the payment terms.

 

G. UNFAIR MEANS & MISCONDUCT

  1. Course content and materials provided by ILW shall be used only for personal learning purposes.

  2. Any sharing, copying, recording, forwarding, selling or commercial use of course content, links or materials is strictly prohibited.

  3. Access details, WhatsApp group links and internal communications shall not be shared with non-enrolled persons.

  4. Participants shall maintain respectful and professional conduct in all classes and groups.

  5. Any misuse of content or misconduct may lead to immediate removal from the course and groups without refund, and further legal action if required.

 

H. CERTIFICATION

  1. A Certificate of Completion shall be issued only if the learner has successfully filled the Google Form shared by the ILW team for certificate issuance and there are no outstanding dues.

  2. Certificate issuance timelines may vary and shall be communicated by ILW from time to time.

  3. E-certificates shall be issued by ILW for eligible learners.

  4. In case a learner requests a physical certificate, additional fees as prescribed by ILW shall be payable.

 

I. PUBLICATION & PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

You grant ILW the right to use your name, image, testimonials, outcomes, assignments or achievements for academic, promotional or marketing purposes, in a reasonable and truthful manner.

 

J. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. Fees paid are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  2. Any exceptions shall be at the sole discretion of ILW.

  3. Booking fees and Course registrations are non-refundable subject to refund policies.

 

K. DISCIPLINE & CODE OF CONDUCT

Any misbehaviour with faculty, mentors, staff or fellow learners may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the programme without refund.

 

L. SEXUAL HARASSMENT

ILW adheres to the principles of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, in a gender-neutral manner. Any violation shall be addressed through appropriate internal mechanisms.

 

M. DISCLAIMER

ILW is not a university and is not affiliated with the Bar Council of India. It provides skill-based education, training and facilitation services and may act as an educational or training partner for institutions, organizations or professionals.

 

N. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ILW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of use of the Platform or services, including loss of opportunity, employment or profits.

 

O. AMENDMENTS

ILW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

P. JURISDICTION

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, as specified by ILW from time to time.
