About the Internship

The intern will work with the Research & Development team to research Central and State laws, identify statutory compliance needs, prepare compliance tasks, and upload verified information into the company’s compliance management tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Research labor laws, rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Identify relevant legal provisions, forms, fees, deadlines, and penalties.

• Create compliance checkpoints in clear and simple English.

• Review and verify legal research for accuracy.

• Upload and update compliance tasks in the designated format.

• Assist with state-specific compliance research and documentation.

Eligibility

• Students enrolled in a three-year or five-year LL.B. program.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
