As an intern, your role on the platform involves conducting in-depth legal research and creating detailed content to facilitate discussions on the intricate connection between healthcare and legal frameworks.


Nature/type/work of Internship

This internship will involve extensive research and writing tasks, designed to involve law students in detailed projects on medico-legal subjects. Interns will be required to create articles, analyze medico-legal judgments through case commentaries, and develop briefs on pertinent laws. The internship offers a chance to delve into diverse medico-legal matters including healthcare legislation, medical malpractice, patient rights, hospital management regulations, and other related topics.


Eligibility/Experience/Qualifications

The internship is available to law students enrolled in either 5-year or 3-year law programs at a university acknowledged by the Bar Council of India. Although prior experience in medico-legal issues is not required, candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in this area. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit enthusiasm for legal research and writing during the selection process.
