Eligibility

The internship is available to law students eager to learn about Apex Court cases and enhance their research and writing abilities. While students from all years can apply, those with previous experience in legal research and writing may be preferred.

Perks

Certificate upon completion of 5 case notes drafting: Interns who complete 5 case notes will receive a certificate of completion, which can be useful for future academic or professional pursuits.
Opportunity to work on Apex Court cases and develop research and writing skills: Interns will have the opportunity to work on real Apex Court cases, developing their research and writing skills in the process.
Pre-training for limited interns (conditions applied): Selected interns will have the opportunity to participate in a pre-training session, where they will receive guidance on the skills and knowledge required for the internship.
Letter of recommendation

Nature of Internship

The internship includes drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) and case notes for Supreme Court cases. Interns must research assigned cases, evaluate the facts and legal aspects, and produce high-quality SLPs and case notes.

Location

This is a remote internship, allowing interns to work from any location. All communication and work submissions will be conducted online.

Duration

The internship can be finished in 1-2 weeks, depending on the intern's efficiency. This short duration makes it perfect for students with hectic schedules.

Stipend

Due to the short duration of the internship, no stipend is provided. Nonetheless, interns will acquire valuable experience and skills that can benefit future academic or professional endeavors.
