As a Trainee Associate, you will collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on the following work:
Contracts: Drafting and negotiating Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), lease deeds, and commercial contracts.
Compliance: Managing legal compliance for a hospitality group.
IP prosecution: Conducting trademark and copyright prosecution.
Litigation and advisory: Engaging in commercial litigation, advisory work, and legal research.
Sector exposure: Gaining exposure to media and entertainment law as well as general corporate-commercial matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Final-year LL.B. students or recent graduates.
Excellent drafting and research abilities.
