COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is designed to provide an in-depth and practical understanding of real estate law with a focus on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), title verification, and legal due diligence in property transactions. It equips law students and graduates with the legal, regulatory, and practical tools required to work on real estate projects, advisory roles, litigation, or in due diligence teams of law firms and companies.

Through a blend of live sessions, drafting assignments, and real-world case studies, this course bridges the gap between academic knowledge and market practice.
