We are happy to inform you that a book on “ Contemporary Perspectives on Legal Reforms: Challenges and Opportunities in Modern Jurisprudence” is scheduled to be published as an edited volume with ISBN number 978-93-48787-99-6. We invite unpublished, original research paper, articles and case studies from academicians, research scholars, students, corporate executives and social scientists on any issues related to contemporary management practices.

Writing

Submission Guidelines:

All manuscripts should be prepared in English only and follow APA 7th Edition Format.

  1. Please Use ‘Times New Roman’ font, 12pt. size for running text; Bold, 14pt. for Headings and Italics, 12-point font for Subheadings.

  2. The manuscript should have all the margins 1 inch (2.5 cm), 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment.

  3. The manuscript should be around 3000 – 5000 words (excluding references) along with an abstract, not more than 300 words.

  4. Paper or articles should be original and unpublished contribution.

  5. The Editor reserves all rights to the selection of article/research paper.

  6. There should not be end or footnotes.

  7. References should be listed at the end of the article in APA 7th edition format and alphabetically sorted, clearly mentioning the sources including page/pages (website links if any).

  8. The chapters/Research papers shall undergo the Double-Blind Peer Review Process. The plagiarism should be less than 10%.

  9. The article/ research paper once submitted to this edited book should not be resubmitted simultaneously to other journals or elsewhere for consideration.

  10. The author (s) name, designation, official/residential address along with e-mail ID should appear below the main title of the paper followed by abstract and then text, respectively.

  11. Each manuscript must accompany the author (s) undertaking and should send along with the manuscript/article.

  12. The article/paper should be submitted in the above-mentioned format on or before 1st April 2025

  13. The article/paper received after the due date will not be accepted in any circumstances.

The filename of the manuscript should contain the names of all authors and the Title of the Paper, e.g., Arora_John_A Study of the New Criminal Laws) Submit the full-paper and undertaking to: intolegalworldilw@gmail.com (the subject line should contain: Edited Book 2025 and the first author's full name e.g., Edited Book 2025 William John).

EDITORS

Dr. Radha Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Amity University, Patna, Bihar. Dr. Radha Ranjan holds a PhD in Law from the Department of Law and Governance, Central University of South Bihar, NAAC Accredited A++ University and UGC Category 1 University..He has obtained the degree of BA (Hons) Spanish language from EFL University, LL. B from Banaras Hindu University, LLM from National Law School of India University, Diploma from University of Catolica Chile and qualified UGC NET in Law and Criminology. Dr. Ranjan has multiple publications in Research Papers, Articles, Blogs, book chapters in edited volumes, Peer reviewed, UGC CARE journals and presented papers in several National and International Seminars/Conferences and actively participated in various national and international workshops, FDP. He is an active editorial member, reviewer and advisory editorial board member of National as well as International Journals respectively and members of reputed society and organisation.  Dr. Ranjan has substantial experience of constitution Law, Cyber-Law, Criminal Law and Human Rights.

Mr. Amaresh Patel is an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Patna, specialised in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Jurisprudence and Cyber Law. He is also the author of best-selling books which includes his ‘100 Landmark Judgement Series’ in Constitutional Law and Criminal Law, among others. He is legal advisor of Into Legal World Foundation (pro bono), a company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Parivritt Enterprises Pvt Ltd, has several divisions- Into Legal World Foundation, Into Legal World Institute, and Publication Wing. In the field of R&D, he has published various research papers in UGC CARE Group 1 journals, covering topics like artificial intelligence, women's rights, electoral reforms, hate speech, and privacy rights. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief at the International Journal of Legal Studies and Social Science and has participated in several high-profile national and international conferences. He is also reviewer in International Journal of Law and Management, a Scopus listed journal. Recently, he has been granted the status of a patent holder by the Indian Patent Office in the domain of Legal Innovation. Apart from his lectures, he also participates actively in conducting workshops and seminars where contemporary legal issues on topics like marriage law, post-pandemic career opportunities, and competition law, are discussed featuring distinguished guest speakers from top legal institutions.
