About the Legal Job Opportunity at Artemis Hospitals, Gurgaon

Artemis Hospitals seeks an experienced legal professional to manage corporate legal, compliance, and litigation matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements/contracts

• Managing MOUs, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, JV Agreements, Employment Contracts, POAs, etc.

• Overseeing legal and compliance requirements across units

• Assisting with regulatory and corporate governance issues

• Handling legal notices and coordinating with external counsels

• Addressing medico-legal and medical negligence cases

• Representing the organization in courts, tribunals, and authorities

Location

Gurgaon.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LLB / LLM

• Experience: Preferably with experience in corporate legal or healthcare legal matters
