Legal Associate

CTC

Rs. (1,20,000 – 6,00,000) Per Annum

Job Responsibility

1. Conducting Legal Vetting, Audit, Due-Diligence.

2. Drafting various Agreements as per Bank/Financial Institutions.

3. Research on Legal Topics and preparing the Legal Opinions. 

4. On-site verification of Title Deeds. 

Requirement

1. Should be well versed with MS word 

2. Should be well versed with Company Laws, and Banking.
