About the Opportunity

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• 2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

• Preference for experience in banking, financial services, NBFCs, law firms, or corporate legal teams.

• Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal research.

• Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and banking laws.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and support to various business and operational teams.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

• Assist in managing litigation matters and coordinating with external legal counsel.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on a wide range of issues.

• Support business teams in evaluating legal implications of transactions and strategic initiatives.
