About the Internship

Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled in a university or hotel school degree program at the time of application.
Preference will be given to university or hotel school undergraduates focusing on hospitality-related fields for specific internship roles.
Students studying specialized disciplines, such as business or similar courses, are also considered for related internship opportunities.
Preferred Skills
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
Skilled at prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills
Utilization of system knowledge for practical applications.
Expertise in software, including computer programming and familiarity with various coding languages such as JavaScript, Perl, SQL, Python, and Swift.
Proficient use of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Access.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and accounting, analytics or a technological background, or hospitality management is preferred.
Core education in financial studies should cover analysis, marketing studies, international business, and managerial finance.
Responsibilities
The intern will help by supporting key responsibilities in the following areas, among others:
Assist the Compliance teams with various projects aimed at monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the overall control environment and operational efficiency for hotels.
Aid in creating various reports and tools for preventing and detecting fraud.
Contribute to developing innovative training resources and platforms, and propose improvements.
Generate new ideas to promote Compliance-related messages and topics.

Requirement
Mumbai, Indian Permanent Resident, or valid student pass
Eligible for undergraduate in a Mumbai registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Maharashtra.
Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
A college No Objection Certificate will be required
